The challenge was creating a cohesive design that reflects the core values of The Yoga Outreach Society while appropriately raising awareness and support for its many varied & important initiatives.

The Challenge

As a nonprofit, the Society faces the difficulty of engaging both donors and beneficiaries, while ensuring the message remained consistent and clear across different platforms.

The strategy

Another hurdle was breaking down the misconceptions surrounding yoga, particularly the idea that it is exclusive to certain groups, and repositioning it as an accessible tool for healing and empowerment for marginalized communities. The creative strategy focused on developing a visual and narrative identity that aligned with the organization's mission.

The Creative Strategy

The strategy included a mix of gradients, neutral tones and client content marketed to create a strong emotional connection with both potential donors and the served communities.

The design integrated calming, approachable aesthetics with content that highlighted the positive impact of trauma-informed yoga. Key touch-points were developed for social media, email newsletters, and web content, emphasizing stories of transformation, accessibility, and community healing. The campaign focuses on breaking stereotypes around yoga, illustrating that it can be a vehicle for profound personal change for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.

Potential IMpact KPI's

The campaign could have resulted in increased engagement across media platforms, with 15% increase in social interactions and about 25-35% growth in donations within the first 6 months, creating a stronger connection with the community, and bringing in new volunteers while strengthening existing partnerships.
